Had previously dealt with Unicorn Cards and had a great experience. In recent months however they have been ignoring messages for the most part, and when they do reply its just excuses and promises of an eventual response which they never get back about. Constant chasing yielding no results. I don't know what's going on there but they have become very unreliable. A huge shame really.

Decided to make the trip from Leeds to Shipley after buying cards online from unicorn whom have always met expectations when it comes to value. What can I say, customer service was great and even though Me and my mate came in with an extensive list of cards, we were efficiently brought our cards by an amazing lady who was working at the time and even given a nice little discount;) all in all, 10/10.
