They would not refund you the money when you no longer attend the university or decide to switch university. Their "No Uni" policy is vague and dishonest. The fact that the are willing to take money from student says a lot about this company. They no longer respond to my email regarding the refund process. Beware

Uniacco is an established scam Uniacco is an established scam, personally l think they never meant to pay any cashback in the first place it was just a a method to get as many sign on as possible. I have spent over half of my tenancy already from Dec 10 and till today l am still being told they are waiting for confirmation of my move in after 4months. I regretted making a positive review initially, l will right that wrong by ensuring l give a review here everyday till my case is settled. they are scammers
