He has also now accused me of stealing when I was just browsing, and he forcefully grabbed the friend I was with. It was unjustified and uncalled for

I have brought 3 items from here and found hair in one sandwich. Also out the back of the shop there are rats. I also have been over charged for items they make prices up as they go if not price marked do not buy from them. The bloke behind the counter told me he would not refund me all I want is my money back or I will call environmental health
