I recently purchased a slatwall tower and it arrived within 14 days and it looked well packaged. When I opened the box all the panels were scratched, chipped and dented on all sides. I reported this straight away by email and sent photos showing the damage. I received a phone call the following day from Andrew who promised to look into this matter and would sort a replacement. After sending a further 5 emails with no reply and I've phoned on several occasions to which I receive an apology and another promise they'll call me back. Still waiting 4 months later! definitely a company to avoid!

One slight error in the order was dealt with quickly over the phone (in direct conversation with a real person) and the missing item was delivered by first class post the following day.
