I have lost count of the number of times I have emailed and haven't received a reply from the Service Manager at Underwoods Skoda. Ditto phone calls. I always get through to reception without a problem. The fun starts when they try to pass me to the Servicing Department. No one seems keen to pick up the diverted call so I end up leaving my VRN with the receptionist and asking for a call back. But no one calls. It's a level of service that can only get better but if the Manager doesn't seem bothered then I think it's unlikely other staff will be driven to be customer focused. Fancy showroom and great if you're buying a car; not so good on the after sales bit though.

I have recently collected my new car from the colchester branch of Underwoods Vauxhall and I am really pleased with the car I was originally dealing with the Clacton branch in which I had a was having major problems with and after making a complaint I had the Colchester branch contact me to try and work out the issues, thus resolving any problems so I was happy to continue getting my car through Underwoods Vauxhall. After this everything went well and there wasn't any problems and I was very happy with the service and how everything was handled.
