    I have always bought my car here since moving to the area - I do quite a few miles so will have two services a year. Always thought it was great, well priced servicing, nice staff. However the last visit wasn't so good, I was there for approx 2 and a half hours and wasn't offered a drink. I'm not sure if a certain member of staff was on holiday and she was being temp covered, but she would also call to see how the apt went. There wasn't a call after this visit so I can only guess they are too busy to focus on customer service. On the way to the service a warning light came on. When checking in at reception I told the receptionist about the light and asked if they could have a look, baring in mind I was paying over £350 for the major service I thought this was reasonable. I was told they will if they have time. 2 and a half hours pass and my car is ready. They didn't check the error code as the mechanic apparently wasn't trained to do so. Was told I can pay £90 for them to have a look but they would need my car for the rest of the day. If I was told this originally I would have probably accepted the extra charge and had the checks done. Not sure why this wasn't offered to begin with. Credit to the service manager he did try to do his best but I feel the receptionist was rude and defensive. Will look for an alternative garage in the future.
