Car serviced, air conditioning serviced and all done in three hours including a wash and vac. Very professional staff. How it should be done. Update - just changed to another Yeti. Ideal car for new circumstances with DSG auto gearbox. However, feel a little bothered by not being able to update the sat nav (that I added to the SE spec) because it's not linked to the car's VIN. Should be a way that can be rectified other than waiting for a service! Update - used the original car's VIN and can download map updates. Update 2022 - I'm not going to use Underwoods in future as they weren't happy I'd had the timing belt replaced by a third-party and alleged damage was caused. When asked for feedback, I complained and was told I would be contacted to discuss. Never happened. Sad, as I bought two Yetis' that I've been really happy with and my sales contact was brilliant.

Absolutely useless. Went in for a warranty claim for corrosion, rust on a 7year old car to the bootlid. Had to chase, chase and chase, left messages, calls not returned etc. 4 weeks later declined due to not have the paint periodically inspected by them from new. Considering I'm the 4th owner, was never going to happen, especially when its serviced elsewhere. Whatever. I asked for where is says in the warranty wording about having the paintwork inspected as I cant see it and was told they would send it over, never received. Waste of time. Like most places, customer service non-existent once you have a problem.
