I had gotten ridiculous quotes for re-sizing a diamond ring x1 size down but decided to try Underwood's instead. My ring looks and feels great and the price was very reasonable. They also valued my ring and the service was both very accurate and highly professional. Whilst I waited they fitted a watch battery too for a fab price compared to other stupid quotes I had been given. If I could give this shop 10 stars I would! Fantastic service and a gem of a little shop. Thank you!

Lovely friendly shop! Had a 3rd piercing done on my lobes just over a week ago, the man doing the piercing (apologies I did not get your name!!) was very kind and offered a quick, easy and sanitary service. The piercing is healing well already with aftercare solution provided all for the very affordable price of only £17.50! Having had two other piercings before done elsewhere, this is the best service and healing i’ve had so far - would highly recommend! :)
