I inherited my grandmother piano and it's was in a sad state. Needs renovation and love and care, Ben was amazing although tentative at first because of the possible cost involved for us (which he was honest and upfront about) but once I explained the emotional connection I had Ben went all out and worked his magic. Grandma piano still needs some work and time but sounds amazing again tears of joy hearing it chime again x
