Im not one to review, however after today I felt I had to. I walked in wanting a surface tragus and was short on money (not knowing) after I asked the receptionist for time to decide on something else she was so sweet about it all. when I was getting the actual piercing Amy was brilliant, she was so sweet and you could tell she cared about her work a lot, she explained the process so well and made sure I was okay throughout the whole procedure. thank you to all the amazing staff there you smashed it today 10/10 service. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied to say the least. I’ve been going to this studio for a few years now and I’ve had multiple piercings performed by the staff there, however I will no longer be going to this place as I went to get a smiley piercing and they pierced it very incorrectly. I went back to show them but they insisted it was fine and told me that I shouldn’t worry . I urged them to correct it but they just sent me away pretty much. I went for a second opinion at another place that my friend recommended me to and they instantly noticed the problem, they managed to correct the damage thank God. I would most definitely not recommend Watford underground studio which is a shame as I’ve been going there for years and never had a problem up until now but I did not like their laziness to correct the problem they caused and their disregard to my concern.
