From the office staff to the workmen who completed the job they have been professional,helpful and knowledgeable.They called when they said and kept us updated through out. Special thanks to Dave and John the engineers who completed the job,they were excellent.I found this company after having been seriously let down by another company and it was based on a friends recommendation on a survey they did for her in 2013 that we contacted them ,so glad we did. Called to advise arrival in 45 minutes which they did ...they parked in wrong place and moved the van no problem ..they were polite ,pleasant ,helpful and knowledgable explaining what they were doing and why... and the way they would use the information the Cctv survey divulged telling me I would get a copy of the survey and the information they would give to my water authority ....They permitted me to video copy the info from the Cctv unit onto my phone so giving me not only instant access but a copy to use immediately .My rig manager MIKE McKean was as helpful as anyone could be should the need arise again in the future these will be the boys I call in .ON A PERSONAL NOTE I HAVE RARELY GIVEN ANYONE 5 STARS THESE WERE VERY MUCH EARNED .
