Well what can I say! Apart from the fact that even one star is too higher rating put the treatment I received with this company and its owner Joe. I dropped my petrol pressure washer off at the premises of this business after calling them to enquire as to whether or not they could look at my pressure washer as the pump wasn't allowing any water to pass through it. After not hearing anything from under pressure for 5-days I decided to give them a call to enquire as to what was happening with the pressure washer, and I was told they would be looking at the pressure washer during the next day, but as I had not heard anything for a further 3 days I decided to send them a message using the contact form on the website, but unfortunately nobody again took the time to respond to my enquiry. 10 days after leaving the pressure washer with them I decided to once again give them another call and was finally told that the pump on the pressure washer was completely shot and that they would look for a replacement pump on the internet and that they would contact me the following day to let me know cost etc. You've guessed it! 5 days later I'm still waiting for somebody to contact me. As you can imagine I am now becoming pretty frustrated with the service provided by under pressure, and so decide once again to give them another called, but as my call wasn't answered I decided to leave a message on their telephone answering system. 15 days after first leaving the pressure washer with Under Pressure I received a telephone call from the company owner Joe who proceeded to tell me that there was an issue with my attitude, and went on to say that the reason he hasn't got back in touch with me is because he was having some personal issues. I am not unsympathetic to Joe's personal issues, as it wasn't that long ago that I had to support my wife through her own personal life and death Battle. In response to Joe questioning my attitude, all it would have taken was a 30-second telephone call to explain the situation and I would have completely understood. Joe proceeded to say that they had a found a replacement pump on the internet and I could either allow them to fit it or I could pick up the machine in it's broken state without any charge. Needless to say I went for the latter option as I wasn't prepared to wait for another one possible two weeks. I will finish by offering Joe a tiny bit of advice, it will pay you to treat your customers with a bit more respect despite your own personal issues. Remember without any customers you don't have a business.
