Ordered a thermopile it takes a week and still not arrived. Called them and was told you have to check that with Royal mail. I have no information about the shipment how do I check with Royal mail. Also that is your the seller responsibility to make sure the goods arrive to buyer. Although I received my post almost every day. What an untrue reply from the owner, how do i track it as I have no details about the delivery. asked for tracking and never sent to me. now make me thinking have you really posted the item?
