    This bubble tea shop is definitely underrated! I think it’s the BEST bubble tea shop in Manchester! (Bubble tea is my daily “coffee” and I have tried all of those in city center.) The tapioca pearls are home made with special flavors and I love the sweet potato one! It’s chewy but doesn’t feel synthetic. More like taro balls instead of typical tapioca pearls but I like it. It’s a shame that they are not making the purple potato one these days😢 Matcha Cheese Tea and Sweet Potato Goddess are my favorites. The tea is intense and that’s what it should taste like. Cheese foam here is AMAZING. Rich, thick, creamy, smooth and milky. By matching it with the intense flavor of matcha, the cheese tea here merely strikes the right balance. I am certain that I will keep visiting Uncle T frequently for their authentic, good value for money bubble teas. Please keep it up!😍
