I have only positive things to say about my experience at UNCLE Manchester! From the moment I arrived on my move-in date, I was greeted by the building manager Andrew and his team who made me feel right at home and were available for any questions I had. The building is beautiful, well-maintained, the staff are always friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect for getting around the city. I highly recommend UNCLE Manchester as a place to settle into!

My girlfriend and I lived at Uncle Manchester for a total of 8 months and can only recommend it. The fully furnished flat made it really easy to move in and we loved the spacious and modern kitchen. Andrew and his team were incredibly nice and helpful. Unfortunately, due to personal and professional changes, we had to move out of the flat again 4 months before the end of the contract. Uncle was very accommodating here, which saved us a lot of worry and money.

I have been living at Uncle for 7 months and have to say it's a very enjoyable time for me. Before I moved to Manchester, a friend of mine recommended Uncle to me and after talking to the staff for details and viewing the property remotely, I booked it immediately and now I'm grateful that I made the right decision at that time. Location: Uncle is ideally located in the city centre of Manchester and halfway between Manchester's two main train stations (Oxford Road and Piccadily), both of which are about a 7 minute walk away. There are many shops around, such as Spar, Sainsbury, Tesco, etc., and it's very close to both local restaurants and Chinatown. JD Gym is 5 minute walk away and the most central area of the city is also within walking distance. Facilities: The flats at Uncle are all big enough, normally over 40 square metres, so they are also suitable for friends or couples to live together, and are nicely decorated, with full facilities such as washing machine, dryer and oven, etc. I also used the gym in the flat block, especially in winter when you don't want to go out for exercise. In addition, underground parking is provided for residents. Staff: The staff at Uncle are all very nice and friendly, the reception is always manned, helping residents collect parcels to ensure they don't get lost and strictly monitors the security of the building. I had a blind fall down once and it was repaired quickly when I contacted the staff. Also, on International Women's Day, uncle also prepared cupcakes for the residents. My boyfriend, who visits my flat occasionally, also praises Uncle as a great place to live. If we ever return to Manchester for work in the future, I‘m sure we will continue to want to live here. Thank you Uncle!

Great place. Amazing Management. and even better location. As an international student hailing from Asia. UNCLE Manchester is an extraordinary place to stay as not only are you close to the city and university, you are also close to Chinatown. Giving you access to Chinese goods which are cheap and restaurants in the city. The flat is very spacious and comes with decent heating, a great internet provider (hyperoptic), personal washing machine and a shared gym, yoga and coworking space. If you enjoy being close in the city and close to campus UNCLE Manchester is the place to be.

I’ve been living with uncle for two years and am thinking to stay here for the next year, and I would definitely recommend this place where have friendly staffs to take care of parcels, meters, furnitures etc. Their positivity and smiles can really make your day. The building is in a perfect areas of in city center for both university students and people who work. The gym, Yoga room and art room meet people’s daily leisure requirement and nice pubs, clubs and restaurants just near by. I have a wonderful experience with UNCLE. Every time I travelled back from other place, I feel like home.

I lived in Orient house when I am just arrived in Manchester, at first, I chose here because of the excellent position, you can walk to anywhere you want in 5 minutes, including the JD gym, the train station, city center, even my lab office. with the time passes. I get to know all of the staff in this building, Andrew, Rosalie, Irene, Simon, Chen, and Neil, they are very kind people and really helpful when you met difficulties. They let me feel about living home from another country. I am really appreciated what they did and I will choose to stay here until I finished my Ph.D. career.
