Fantastic experience! Unbeatable Bathrooms have been great from start to finish. Their customer service was extremely helpful when I phoned and helped me to find exactly what I was looking for on their website. Delivery was very fast and arrived within 4 days (was free!!) I was kept up to date by email and got a shipping confirmation so I knew when it was on the way. I found their products to be much more affordable and competitively priced than other companies, and are all high-quality from trusted brands. Would definitely recommend if youre looking for affordable quality bathroom products!

I wanted to buy some Neff kitchen equipment but the Neff website was not at all clear and Neff support was worse than useless. Adam at Unbeatable Kitchens was able to clearly explain the options, likely delivery period (Neff were having production problems) and sort my order out. It all came as promised.

The only reason I gave Unbeatable Bathrooms 4/5 and not the full 5/5 is not because of Unbeatable Bathrooms, it's because their suppliers let them down. This meant that I didn't manage to get the bath I'd ordered. However I can't fault their customer service. Both Adam and Jack bent over backwards to help, even to the point of sourcing me an equivalent bath from another company, and refunding me. I can 100% recommend Unbeatable Bathrooms for unbeatable customer service.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I'm a tradesmen builder and been in this business for nearly 30. This company is by far the worse I had dealt with. Staff on the phone are very polite but it's just to cover this company's level of incompetence. They just keep on waiting and waiting on their promises to deliver, where they couldn't even know where the item they sold me was at. Full of empty words. I've paid £411,00 for a top of the range toilet for a high profile customer, that now just told me they will never use me again. As they don't have working toilet as promised. I am really angry with the way they simply took my money and did not deliver it. I will certainly take this further

Couldn't be more annoyed, it took 6 attempts for them to delivery. They claimed twice it was delayed because they noticed a scratch on the bath..... fun when we unwrapped it the bath. It had a dent!!!!

Delivery was terrible. 3 days in a row waiting in the house for it not to arrive on top of the previous day I waited in a week prior. Had to rechedule my own work, seriously inconvinient. Shower had clearly been repackaged as plastic covers were missing on parts. Missed a crack in the bath, only discover at fitting. No reposnse when I emailed about it. I'm sure their Ts & Cs wouldn't have covered it but still makes Unbeatable / Bliss Bathrooms a poor experience.
