Jack has been friendly, professional, responsive, adaptive and informative throughout my entire communications with him. This approach builds trust and an excellent rapport. Even when we had a small glitch the team immediately rectified this and also ensured that our team had a little treat as a form of apology, which and was a lovely gesture and very much appreciated. Working with Nathan on training and set up was also a breeze, he made it so easy, patiently talking through every step and answering all queries, ensuring we were confident to use and good to go!
