    Absolutely horrendous experience with UNAC. AVOID AT ALL COST. Extremely unprofessional and rude. They take ages to reply to emails and their replies are written in a very rude manner. The maintenance does small repairs at least but confronted with a bigger issue (broken door) a third party was supposedly contacted but never came. An induction was supposed to happen the first day...yeah it never did. Before moving in , I payed the Summer retainer, the price for which was wrong apparently and with their card machine charging tax.... 2 months into my tenancy and viewing are taking place. I have never seen or heard of the landlord as well. If nobody contacts me 2 days before the viewing as it is stated in the contract, it's considered breach of contract...yet it's still done and they had the nerve to charge us a cleaning fee after all the issues we were experiencing. We went a month without a light in the bathroom, because that's how long it took them to bring someone in to fix it( trust me if it was a simple light bulb i would have done it myself and not bothered ...but unfortunately I was not as lucky...) ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE UNAC. WARNING DO NOT!!!! I'm still at the beginning of my tenancy more updates will be given in the end. Hopefully I get my Deposit back. Wish me luck. PS: The worst letting agency EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!STAY CLEAR ladies and gents!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I use Unac solely as my letting agent for my properties. I find all the staff at Unac to be very professional and efficient and go above and beyond. I would highly recommend Unac and would not use any other agent. My tenants have always been very happy with the way Unac treat them and we have a great relationship with them.

    Me and my flatmates only just moved into a property that we got through UNAC not too long ago. Whilst UNAC is not directly at fault my issue lies with the landlords as UNAC is a letting agency and the house is dealt with by the landlords and already there have been several issues. Our landlords are rude, not helpful at all and whilst UNAC have told me that they communicate effectively with the landlords, our landlords continuously state there is a serious lack of communication between the landlords and UNAC when that is seemed to be not true when matters should be dealt with between them we find ourselves in the middle trying to get basic issues resolved. My wardrobe had no door, the fence was broken and the bathroom and washing machine had serious grime and limescale issues, the gas safety check was also expired having to wait months for it to be checked when moving in. Whilst these issues have been resolved now it took them a while and a lot of chasing up. UNAC is not at fault I struggle to state my frustrations about my landlords any other way. The landlords are Hampton’s Homes Ltd

    The heating in the flat was sooo terrible. We were all freezing every single night. When we complained about it, after weeks, someone came and said that the temperature was fine and disregarded our suffering. I had to buy a heater for £15, so I took it out of a month's rent. They took it off my deposit. Show's that they don't care at all and can't even spare £15 for the health and safety of their tenants. Would NOT recommend! ALSO, I didn't have a lightbulb in my room, the hoover did not work and they didn't provide us with a mop or a working broom. They're now saying if I chased it up, I would've got the money back. Why do I have to beg and plead for a necessity? I emailed back asking for them to sort the cost with the landlord and they said the landlord refused. Don't believe their justification because it isn't true.
