    The NHS is amazing! They conveniently saw me on a Sunday afternoon. Receptionist very friendly and welcoming. It was a very thorough Scan. Told that I would have the results in 2 weeks.

    Lovely receptionist, straigh through to CT area. Only waited 5 minutes, asked to remove any metal from my person in the area to be scanned...was in and out in 20 minutes to get on with my day. Can't fault it really...

    They rush you when scanning you when it’s suppose to be a special memorable moment, won’t even try to let you see your baby’s face if it’s in an awkward position. Avoid!

    Absolutely awful. I arrived 15 mins before my appointment and had to wait 2 hours!! To be seen. Someone put me "by accident " on kids list, they didn't make it right despite me going to the reception after an hour if waiting. The answer at the reception was " I have no clue". Nobody called my name and there were also kids coming and going, so that was a pathetic and stupid excuse. After complaining I was told I would be seen shortly but still they saw 3 other people before me ! Unbelievable!!! The ultrasound technician was good, I am happy with that part .

    Due to some technical issues my appointment was forgotten.. 90 minutes of waiting and seeing people coming after me going in first was a little puzzling. Initially I assumed it was apooinynents for different machines. When I was the last person left I asked the receptionist what was happening. She blamed it on the IT teething problems on the day The sad fact was the receptionist was more engrossed with her phone rather than paying attention to what was happening. A more attentive person would have spotted this. The ultrasound technician was good and a very patient man. Shane all his good work was undibe by unprofessional reception staff.
