Extremely rude staff, the lady at the reception left us standing outside without any reason, had to ring the bell again to tell them know we have an 8 month pregnant lady at least let us sit inside. Her reason was due to social distancing we are not allowing many people but it was a lie there were only 2 people inside and right after she let us in, she let another person come in, where is the social distancing now. Complete lack of care to their customers. Also their sonographer was not very experienced and we were not very confident in their results. I would not go there again.

Disgusting services ! AVOID this clinic! I went with my friend at this clinic for an early pregnancy reassurance scan and we discussed over the phone with the receptionist that she had a faded second line on the pregnancy test 2 times, so she said we should come for this type of scan first and than have a second scan called early dating scan so she was basically trying to make us pay for 2 appointments for some reason, sorry we didn’t see this first red flag. We went to the scan they made us wait 20 minutes in the waiting area there were very rude since we came. At the scan she couldn’t see the monitor at all and she sonographer was just looking at the screen saying absolutely nothing which got us scared, we thought something must be wrong. At the end they told us it is to early so see anything and asked us to do some more tests and book another appointment in 1weeks time. At the end of the appointment we had to wait another 20 min for the paperwork to be done(what the sonographer told us to do, wait for the paperwork and book another appointment) So you can immagine how reasonable is a 50 min appointment! AND THE CHERRY ON THE CAKE After 20 min of wait we went to the reception to ask if the paperwork is done and when should she come to the next appointment. When this girl started shouting out of nowhere YOU ARE NOT PREGNANT! YOU ARE NOT PREGNANT! WHAT DON’T YOU UNDERSTAND!!! what paper work do you want I’ll give you a receipt that’s it. At this point we just said ok and left. She called the GP to ask for advice and the GP asked her to call them back and ask for the paperwork. So she called them back and when she told them that look your sonografer and my GP told me I need to get this paperwork for my GP’s interpretation when she told the reception her name the same blonde lady started shouting again : YOU AGAIN ! YOURE NOT PREGNANT! And hang up. Let me tell you what happened after! My friend was literally affected and afraid to book any other appointments after this discussing treatment. After coupe of weeks she fainted and woke up after a laparoscopy surgery as she was actually pregnant but it was an ectopic pregnancy! Blonde reception lady I am telling you now it is not me but someone will soon call you in court if you continue like this ! So I suggest you have a word with yourself and reconsider your career pathway if you want to work with people anytime in the near future! Have a nice day!

We were waiting for 50 minutes. The actual appointment itself lasted approximately 6minutes. The sonographer was not personable and it felt more like a business appointment rather than a special private baby scan. The lady on reception was extremely personable, polite and welcoming. I believe that they should call customers if there is going to be a delay of almost an hour and the sonographer should be more personable and make the experience special. My NHS appointment was far better and they took a lot longer showing me lots of angles of the baby, the baby moving and providing me with lots of photos.
