I made an inital call to enquire about fertility scans. I had sent an email 7 hours prior but no reply. Sounded like I was on loud speaker, receptionist was not empathetic at all, I wasn’t sure which scan I needed to book in , hense the call, and the response was half hearted and I felt embarrased and awkward. For that reason I have decided to book elsewhere. Shame as the clinic looks nice and was convenient.
