The lady on the phone has unacceptable behavior. We called to make an appointment on 21-04-2023 at 12:00. We asked if their service could help with our query. They took the question and said they would call back. We did not receive a response until 15:00, we called again and asked if they could help us with the query. They said they cannot help which is fair and ok, after this response I asked for normal scan for check but the lady hung up on me!!! I called again 3 times! they rejected my call!! please do not push your anger on your customers if you have a bad day! I was trying to get information and want to book an appointment!!!

Visited today for an emergency gynae scan and couldn’t be more pleased with the service, the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming and I arrived early but still seen straight away. The sonographer was lovely and explained everything very clearly, we even shared some laughs despite the not so great news I received re my condition. Couldn’t recommend this service more if you are looking to be seen same or next day to ease any anxieties while waiting for NHS scans. Report and images delivered within 30 mins of leaving and pricing very reasonable.

Extremely disappointed. Unfriendly staff, very cold and unwelcome, unpersonal. Didn't offer an internal scan even though images were unclear. Ended up going for another scan at half the price with much better service and images. Would not recommend.

Love the clinic itself, absolutely spotless and very polite, man who done my scan was very reassuring but the only thing I have to say that I wasn't happy with was we paid privately to see our baby and we was told TWICE we couldn't record our babies heartbeat, when we paid for that scan which I don't think is right at all.

Handout gender scan yesterday and the clinic were lovely, receptionist staff were friendly snd helpful, our appointment ran over Becasue baby was being so naughty in a bad position the sonographer who I believe was called Joanne was absolutely phenomenal, she worked so hard and tried everything to tell us what our baby was even when it was taking ages and was a struggle, she made us feel so comfortable and worked with me to move all around to finally get to see, couldn’t of been a better service! 100% recommend x

Went to ultrasound plus for a reassurance scan today after a scare with baby, and the sonographer put my mind at ease straight away! Spent time showing me baby and how she was wiggling around! Her heartbeat and took measurements! Coral was amazing so friendly and kind and was so helpful! Will defiantly be back!
