Great experience at the Croydon branch. I had a Fertility scan. The sonographer was very professional and respectful. She explained everything she was seeing and answered all my questions with a smile. The clinic was clean, quiet and efficient, I didn't have to wait at all. Will definitely be back for further scans in the future.

At my 4D bonding scan at 28 weeks, my baby was very stubborn and obscured her face with her feet and hands for the entire time. The sonographer Shelley was very persistent and allowed me to have three attempts spanning a few hours, between eating, drinking, toilet breaks, walking and climbing stairs. As we could not get a good image she offered a free rescan within 10 days. Very happy with the service, just a shame my baby was not cooperating!

We had the most wonderful experience at Ultrasound Direct in Croydon for our Gender scan. The sonographer Tatiana was amazing and was very accurate and knowledgeable (we are having twins, so not the easiest of scans!). We received loads of lovely pics and videos via text, as well as printed pics. The reception staff was also lovely. Such a special and relaxing experience overall! One of the best days of the pregnancy. Highly recommended!

After a miscarriage I wanted to have a private scan to settle my nerves during my next pregnancy. The staff were very welcoming and Pearl explained everything to me in detail. Thank you so much. So I have decided I will be booking more scans during my pregnancy.
