Receptionist did not even try to get off her mobile phone when we arrived. Holding her phone with ongoing call to her friend in her hand just quickly asked name. Then carried on talking to her friend so everyone in the waiting room could hear about troubles with a boy. Really bad. I would suggest staff on their phone only if patients are not in the waiting room. It was very unpleasant and unprofessional. The radiologist is very professional lady who knows what she is talking about. Very pleasant experience inside of the scan room, but outside it’s questionable.

Had 2 scans at this place and it has always been a great experience. Lovely environment and lovely people. I had a gender scan with Jeanette and although we couldn’t find the gender because baby was shy she made me feel so comfortable and was very patient and even booked me in for a next scan to try again. I highly recommend

Owner is rude, if I’m honest he is up himself. Defo wouldn’t advise going here terrible customer care. Window to the womb would be a much better option not far away either
