Vanessa carried out the scan whilst Kay assisted and even tried to have a little look at baby in 4D too but they were hiding behind the placenta.     Couldn't ask for a better experience. From an early scan at 8 weeks, to our 4D Babybonding scan at 28 weeks- I have felt very well cared for during each scan as the staff there are second to none. In particular Dawn, who was so easy going yet so super determined to get good photos of our bubba for us, it means so much and was 100% worth every penny. I am so glad I made the decision to use Ultrasound Direct Sheffield and would recommend the services to any one unsure of having a private scan. Thank you!

    A rushed appointment,did not seem interested,in trying to help find ways for baby positioning.Very quick to want to end session I paid for..dissatisfied requested further details of the scan they didn’t seem to have any besides unclear photos of baby on Uss.

    DON’T use this company! I booked a nipt+ scan and arranged a weekend away around the scan as I had to travel to another city as they didn’t do this type of scan in my city. They rang a week before the scan saying they would have to cancel as the person taking bloods was Ill. This is understandable if that is the case however surely a nationwide company can move a employee from a clinic just down the road to come and do it or send me to a nearby clinic for blood work or even offer the scan on that day and the bloods on a separate occasion. They were anything but accommodating. I spoke to a woman called Rifiat, who wanted to move my appointment to a week Later and claimed that it wouldn’t be a good time to do the scan anyways as I should be closer to 11 weeks even though the website clearly states from 10 weeks. She then spoke to me in a very condescending tone claiming most people get a scan before 10 weeks. She had no empathy towards my situation and didn’t say sorry even though I had booked a stay for the weekend in this city. I did some more research and found a company nearby who actually do a better scan and test for a lot more things that can be done from 9 weeks so I think this company must be using old technology anyway. Still awaiting my deposit refund, I doubt I’ll be getting it without having to chase it up. Very disappointing
