I had an amazing experience for my pregnancy dating scan, the team were very friendly and kind. I would definitely recommend! The doctor I saw explained everything to us calmly and in a clear way for us to understand. She was informative and where possible provided assurance. I had a great experience and I got four pictures of my little one plus extra images and videos.

Firstly before arriving, we had issues with cancelling and rescheduling appointments. They kept cancelling and changing the location. Only 2 days before they rang back to change to the first location. When arriving the receptionist demanded we buy face masks with no choice in the matter and charged us £1 per mask even though we wasn’t made to wear one in the actual scan and also charging my partner for the scan without telling her. Our appointment was due to be at 11:30AM. We arrived early and in time the appointment before us were scheduled to be in for 11:15AM and didn’t get out till near on 12:00PM. My partner was told to drink a pint of water an hour before but made to wait an extra half an hour before the scan took place. Leaving her no choice but to empty her bladder. Will not be going back here.
