Best private scan experience ever. Easy to find the place as well as friendly staff both in reception as well as the sonography doctor. The scan was detailed, even when baby wasn’t playing ball!! Left with printed pictures as well as 24 hours after a link to over 30+ pictures of baby and a report of health. Thank you

Dr Chrysanthopoulou at the London City branch is incredible! We went for a gender scan and our baby had its leg crossed for almost an hour! But our sonographer never gave up, was patient and kind, made us laugh along the way and we left with the news after lots of effort on her part. Thank you so much for persevering - you made our day!

I went in there twice and both times everyone there, starting from the receptionist, were very welcoming and professional. They also gave me a rebook for free as the baby wasn’t collaborating during the first scan. The doctors were very clear and clean and all over gave me a very good service. Highly recommend it!

I decided to have a post-menopausal scan and a CA125 blood test as a matter of urgency. The lady who sat at the reception was very welcoming. I paid my dues first, read/signed a form and, no later than 5mns, I was invited in a semi-dark room by Ms P Mlotha, the sonographer. Ms Mlotha explained the procedures clearly and engaged me in her findings. I felt reassured by her caring approach and professionalism. Ms Mlotha had my dignity in mind. She prepared the couch and gave me a large sheet of paper to cover the area between my lower abdomen and my knees. She left the room for me to get undressed and gave me ample time to settle on the couch before reappearing. I received my scan results/images/blood result same afternoon. USD London City premises look very clean and well organised. I used USD London City services twice before, a few years ago and, it appears, they have maintained their excellent standards. A great service.
