I went for a baseline scan with Michaela and Katie before heading abroad for IVF last October. We then returned for our viability scan and they were both so kind and caring as I was nervous and crying from the trauma of a previous scan (taken elsewhere, and resulted in being told I had suffered a missed miscarriage). We thankfully received the best news this time and have returned for several scans since. My husband and I have felt so looked after and wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to have joined us our our pregnancy journey. I can’t thank them enough. They’ve taken the anxiety away from every scan and that has meant so much. Thank you ladies, you’re the best!

Very good health service! My appointment was on a Sunday, as I needed a quick result. Every detail of my internal organs were scanned and the sonographer explained everything to me as she was looking at the images. The report and the images were sent to my GP and to me. I was very pleased, as I was able to pay through my health insurance company abroad!

I don't normally leave reviews but we were so disappointed and shocked at the service considering the good reviews. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here, take your business somewhere else. We weren't happy with the images and videos we received as they were a much lower standard than other private scans we'd had at other companies, they were all the same photo just repeated. We were rushed through our appointment, they only seemed interested in getting money, not providing a good service. I complained and asked for a refund and they argued with me for weeks, they eventually offered a refund of £18 which is totally ridiculous considering we paid £95 and didn't get any pictures or videos that we were happy with. They were very rude it also turned out the manager who was dealing with my complaint was actually the sonographer who did the scan that I was complaining about but she didn't tell me this when she spoke to me on the phone which is very unprofessional. I only realised when I saw a photo of her on their Facebook page with her name on it. Definitely wouldn't recommend, it is a waste of money, we still haven't got any money back from them. I can describe them in one word as moneygrabbers.

Wow, what a fantastic service from Ultrasound Direct Canterbury! Me and my partner booked a 4D scan around the 30-week mark to get a closer look at our first child, but unfortunately baby was in the wrong position and we couldn't see anything as a result. We were invited back for a second attempt a few days later and baby was once again not playing ball. Typical! A little disheartened (through no fault of anyone else, naturally), the wonderful Michaela kindly advised us to phone head office, suggesting she would put a special note on our file that would recommend we be awarded a third and final attempt. A fortnight later, we did indeed return and were rewarded with the most wonderful picks of our little one. So vivid and really top notch service. We were given a keyring each with the picture in and mine is already proudly attached to my house keys. I can't thank Michaela enough for her brilliant service. She was so personable and understanding, really going beyond the call of duty for us. We'll be heartily recommending friends and family to pop into the Canterbury branch when expecting - a super experience is guaranteed. Thanks again!
