Absolutely appalled at the way I've been treated from this company I went for a gender reveal scan paid £75 for then to be told I was having a boy I've since gone to my NHS scan 3 weeks later to be told it's a girl and three lines were visible no testicles or anything to indicate a boy I have been in touch with the company directly via email who are saying they would rescan be for a further £60 and if incorrect then they will refund me the £60 but not the £75 I first paid. This is disgusting for such a big company to expect mums to be to pay more money out to still lose out. I am taking this further. As I've now got to also replace all my baby things as well which is very distressing and upsetting.

A lovely place! We are so happy we chose ultrasound direct to have our first ever early pregnancy scan. The staff are so welcoming, friendly and put us at complete ease throughout! Our first scan concluded that we may have booked a couple of days too early (so try and be patient and book when you know you’re at least 6/7 weeks) so we were rebooked 7-10 days with no additional charge as part of their services! The sonographers, particularly Steve, was really friendly and explained everything to us on the scan! You also recieve a link containing your scan imaging along with a printed report & scan image. They also gave us some lovely freebies and information leaflets at the end of our scan. Had a wonderful experience couldn’t have been better would definitely use again if pregnant and would always recommend ultrasound direct to anyone looking for a private pregnancy scan! X

Really poor service. We wanted our son to be a part of the scan but he had chickenpox so knew we couldn't bring him, called to rearrange and they said we'd lose our deposit! I've never known of losing a deposit for rearranging an appt. Bascially we'd be cancelling our appt, then have to book another. So I said we'd still go. Got a call back from an even more abrupt person saying 'just checking you have cancelled your appt?' - no I'm still coming, 'right well you won't get your deposit back if you don't turn up!' Well that's obvious. If these money grabbing people will keep a deposit for rearranging then it stands to reason they'd keep it if you just don't show up. The place is scruffy and the receptionist was off with us while trying to decide if we wanted the bears because she she just wanted to take our money all at once. The sonographer was nice enough that's about it. we'd previously been to Window to the Womb in Blackburn, despite it being further away, we'll be going back there for our 4D scan, much nicer more professional clinic.

Very poor service, cancelled booking 5 minutes before my appointment saying the sonogropher went home however made new appointment for the day after and cancelled again and said it was to do with the sonogrophers family member witch again I'm sure there not suppose to disclose personal information spoke to me very rudely on the phone after I said I would like a refund as I had already waisted petrol once with the reply you're not even here yet then rudely hung the phone up really upset and dampend my day as I was looking so forward to finding out what my first child is as this is my first pregnancy the over all experience is really upsetting for me as now I'm very anxious about going anywhere else due to being let down again and spoken to rudely 😢

The staff were really friendly and lovely. I was extremely nervous after having several miscarriages so the sonographer was super fast to let me know my baby was where is should be and had a heart beat. Fantastic service would recommend 100%
