Excellent place, went for our first visit yesterday spent lots of money on top quality gear for our upcoming 1,300 miles walk across the UK, really helpful and knowledgeable staff, bought great boots, sleeping mats ,clothes etc, now we know about thus place we will definitely be back when we need new gear,sells all the top quality gear

Purchased a Westernmountaineering bag and Montbell jacket, expensive bits of kit. Their courier left my expensive parcel in an unlocked porch when no one was at home and it was subsequently taken! Customer service is non existent, despite numerous emails all I get is the courier delivered your parcel and we have proof of delivery. Their proof of delivery is a picture of my parcel in an unlocked porch! Despite providing a crime number after reporting the theft they simply don’t want to know, just keep repeating that they had proof of delivery. If you have hard earned money to spend on new kit I would definitely spend it somewhere else !
