Concerned to see Ultralets advertising 3b Bishops Lane, Hull as available to rent. This property needs gutting, it smells terrible, it has a rat infestation & the landlord is very irresponsible. Nothing but hassle & Ultralets only do what the landlord tells them to do which is basically to leave the tenant out of pocket! Please stay clear of this property! Ultralets reply, great excuse!! Not my problem. Maybe investigate the properties and landlords you take on! Still waiting for the deposit back over 6 weeks later!! Only way to get money back is obviously through a small claims court!

For the love of all that is holy do not rent the flat at 3B Bishop Lane unless you want a lot of unnecessary stress to come with it. I can’t speak for their other places but the fact after everything (rats, soiled bed when moved in, mould) they’re still renting this place well above the odds, which is insane to me. Stay well away from these guys! Regarding their reply: ultralets (landlord too) thought a rat infestation non stop could be fixed within one day and would’ve happily continued to rob £350 a month from me and let me live in an unfit property. Don’t waste your time, use another agent/landlord.
