I’d called another window cleaner out to clear my guttering, communicating this in the call. Once they got here they said it couldn’t be done as the lean-to came out too far. Called another, also a no. Called these guys and my guttering is now free flowing again. Brilliant job! On time and price as quoted. Thank you for making such a easy job of it.

A reasonable cleaning job in the end, but it took two visits. There were both communication and time-keeping issues. Until challenged, their late arrival led to an attempted, hurried departure at the end of the first visit, with the job incomplete, at least as verbally agreed but not properly detailed in the quote. After some discomfort and insistence, a second visit was conceeded. And after all that, it turned out that the quote had failed to say clearly whether the price was with or without VAT. My wife paid it with VAT, as she wanted no further confrontation. Residential customers beware!

Brilliant to do business with. Was quoted a great price for the scope of work, scheduled for a rush job and managed to fit us in, Ben and John cleaned all the skylights and 5 giant picture windows and all other windows. They were even going to try to get to a really hard to reach high peak window that actually wasn't part of the brief, Ben is professional and easy to work with. Always returned my calls and kept communications open and were flexible for my schedule. John was equally professional and super helpful. Price quoted work as quoted, delivered faster than I thought they could .This is how commerce and customer service is supposed to be. 5 stars with no reservations. 10/10 will use again and would recommend without hesitation. Could not have asked for better.

I have used this company for years and asked for my fascias to be cleaned. I was quoted a price of forty pounds. The work was not done on two occasions then only completed to the front. when i phoned the office to discuss this i was tod i would get a call back. Instead i got a letter from a debt recovery company. I hadnt even cancelled!!!!! they must have a lot of clients.
