I've been very impressed with UP, 10 weeks in I have seen significant results and am enjoying the experience (was not convinced I would having never tried this approach before). The approach has enabled me to materially change my body composition, diet and build strength in a short period of time. A lot of this has been down to the support and dedication of my trainer, who has invested time not only in the gym but providing guidance via the apps for restaurant meals, general nutrition and even suggesting work out plans during business travel. This support, combined with a very well stocked gym of every weight machine imaginable has driven the performance. I look forward to seeing what more I can achieve in the coming weeks.

Absolute game-changer!! I've honestly tried so many different PTs, fitness classes, workout plans etc. before and none of them have resonated in the same way that UP has. It's definitely a pleasure rather than punishment! Firstly the facilities are fantastic, they have an abundance of equipment (some that I never even knew existed) and it's always kept impeccably clean and hygienic. Secondly all the trainers are fantastic - they are so friendly and supportive (even though you're only assigned to one, you get to know the rest and it really is such a positive, encouraging atmosphere). My trainer is particularly fantastic, she helps both mentally and physically, always wanting to help in any way she can and has so much knowledge on exercises e.g. she tailors them according to my own ability, range of motion, desired body etc. Lastly, the overall service and benefit you come away with is well worth the price. I really look forward to my sessions and I enjoy the accountability. Would do it forever if I could!!

I have been training with Amanda at UP St Pauls since January and I have thoroughly enjoyed ever minute in the Gym with her, all the trainers are friendly, welcoming and I have never felt out of place or uncomfortable in the gym. When I came to UP I wasn't in a great place - I had been exercising in the gym for 20 years but despite trying my best to work out hard and eat well I could not lose weight, and it was really affecting me. I thought very carefully about making the initial investment as I'd worked with personal trainers before without seeing lasting results, but I decided to go for it and I'm so glad I did. I'm still in my initial twelve week period of working with my UP trainer but under his guidance I have experienced weight loss, better definition in my body and increased strength, and also a huge improvement in my sleep. UP's nutritional advice has been incredibly effective and the app has been easy to use. It has meant that my trainer has been able to be in contact throughout the week to give me advice on staying on track. The gym is well equipped and the facilities are of a really high standard, and my trainer is always fully focussed on getting the best out of me in the sessions and I have really enjoyed the workouts. I can't recommend UP highly enough for their professionalism and supportive service.

I have been training at UP in preparation for my wedding and my progress has been amazing, it's so helpful to have a trainer who really cares and helps you understand everything. I feel so much more confident in my body and I really look forward to my sessions, my trainer really helps me understand what we are doing in the gym and the nutrition advice is so important. The facilities are fantastic so many machines I had no idea how to use now I feel like a pro! The app is great and really keeps me on track, I've thoroughly enjoyed my time here and highly recommend!
