Went to UP not only to "reboot" my fitness and overall health, but to learn how to train the right way as I was a complete novice. My work with my trainer was fantastic as I not only lost weight/got stronger (I'm now lighter and stronger than I was in my Uni days 25 years ago), it set me on a path to maintaining and improving. The guidance from my trainer around training, diet and recovery changed everything for me! It's a commitment but one worth every cent and second! The facilities are top notch and, for someone who's always been intimidated by gyms, I couldn't have been more comfortable and focused.

Signing up with UP has been the best thing I’ve done for my health and well being in decades. I had developed some dreadful dietary habits and had gradually reduced my physical activity until it was non-existent. After a bout of ill health I knew I needed to make changes, UP has got me back to the gym 3 times a week and has refocused my diet. My journey with UP started at the beginning of 2023. My goal was to make some pretty significant lifestyle choices and positive changes from both a physical and mental perspective. At first it was a little daunting but i have to say that i have enjoyed every moment of the program and the 12 weeks has flown by. My trainer has been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. She has been incredibly supportive, patient and has made it so much fun. I have achieved everything i set out to do and that is very much down to my trainer and her unwavering support from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend UP to anyone!

This has gone on to be one of the best decisions I have ever made for myself. I renewed after the three months was up, which should tell you all you need to know. My physical health has transformed and I finally have the body image I always wanted. U.P has changed my mental health, my diet, my relationship to food and alcohol and I now live a more healthy fulfilling lifestyle. My trainer is amazing and is the reason I keep coming back.
