    I signed up for the virtual sessions and have lost 13kg so far. Jade is a professional and supportive trainer and has helped me enormously. UP has a holistic approach which is so important when trying to be a healthier version of yourself. I can talk to Jade or message her about anything – nutrition, training or just how I’m feeling. You’re not left to manage alone. I’m in my 50s and going through the menopause. I do wish more ladies my age would take this up. They only have to be brave once and that’s by walking through the door or signing up for virtual sessions. I thoroughly recommend UP.

    I just finished 18 sessions with Sebastian. During that time I not only reached my goal weight but my energy and fitness has increased. Sebastian is amazing. I struggle with a knee problem and Sebastian was brilliant at making the necessary modifications.     I have been coming to UP for a while now and if you’re asking yourself whether or not you should also take the plunge, don’t think. Just do it. UP has changed me in so many ways. I joined because I was very unhappy with my body image & confidence, two things I’ve always struggled with. I still have my bad days (don’t we all) but my PT Rob has taught me so much and supported me every step of the way! I thought I’d never lose the weight but now I know I can and have lost so much already! My knowledge has also grown and now I prioritise strength goals as well as weight, it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

    Five star personal training. Hands down the best personal training I’ve ever experienced. I’ve had plenty of personal trainers in the past, some good, some bad and some down right awful, but the trainers at UP really are a cut above. From the minute I walk in through the door- my trainer Louis gives me his full attention for the 60 mins I’m in there. He’s always watching, motivating, correcting posture, addressing my form, making tiny adjustments to my training based on my ability, range and how I’m feeling that day. It’s not a one size fits all approach - it’s measured, it’s consistent, it’s thorough. Louis is a professional and takes his job seriously, which is exactly what I want. Either do something to the best of your ability or not at all. Anything we discuss is always related to the training I’m doing and he’s great at explaining why we are going in the direction we are. He checks up on my progress daily, makes sure I’m hitting my diet targets, my step count and my extra workouts when I’m not physically in the gym. It’s the kind of training I love- professional, dedicated, experienced and with excellent customer service. Worth every penny.

    On 1 Jan 2023 I set myself an impossible task of losing 20kg by the end of April 2023 and after some research online, I decided to join UP in Liverpool. The first month was the most challenging with complete changes to my eating habit, going to the gym twice a week (I hated pendulum), increasing my daily steps from 500 to 5000 and not seeing the expected weight lost. But thanks to my trainer Jade, I did not give up and she taught me the importance of patience and to trust the process. By consistently showing up and putting in the work, I was able to make measurable progress and transform my body in just 4 months. And yes, I did achieve my target of losing 20kg by end of April and most important it gave me the belief and confidence that nothing is impossible in life.
