Item ordered and cancelled shortly after claiming no stock. Either poor stock keeping or I suspect they’ve cancelled the order due to the price being low (not insane) (and getting an influx of orders that they’ve decided they don’t want to fulfil.) Either way very disappointing and not a good experience. They’ve also said postage will be refunded separately to the refund that will take 5-7 days, saying that it will take “longer” with no indication of timeframe which is poor leaving a customer out of pocket when a good company wouldn’t have even taken funds until dispatch. **Update** Item had been going in and out of stock over the past week - maybe stock pulsing to keep their presence on HotUkDeals alive? I managed to get another order in and this one has been fulfilled in a timely manner. Seemed fair to update this review, as I have now successfully received an order, but I’d be weary to order again.

Great store with lots of hiking stuff. Have bought numerous hiking boots and related equipment here. Always really knowledgeable staff who are also friendly (some better than others and definitely better during the weekdays). Today we were served by Jeremy who is great and has served us before. We were looking for a new rucksack and Jeremy knew SO much about all the different rucksacks and how to fit them for the invidual. Great and we'll be back.
