Absolutely awesome place. Everyone is lovely, friendly, polite and will take time to show you new techniques and tips to help you improve on either your Thai boxing or Jiu-jitsu. I've trained at regular gyms before but never had an experience like this. Just throw yourself into it, turn up, smile, get on with your training and you'll have a fantastic experience. Sean and the team are excellent and incredibly knowledgeable, would recommend UMA to anyone.

I have been learning Muay Thai at UMA for 10 years now and have thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The teaching is superb, focused on building solid foundations as the basis for the more advanced techniques which are taught. Classes are a great mix of fitness/pad work/bag work/sparring and the atmosphere is supportive and fun. I can definitely recommend UMA as a place for new or experienced students looking to practice Muay Thai.
