Ultimate Landscapes has recently completed the relaying of a large area of slabs, new slabbing and the laying of 150 m² of the turf. Whilst his team were delayed due to the weather he kept me informed of revised start dates. The work has been completed to an excellent standard, and I am pleased to say that I am completely satisfied not only with the work but also the friendly and helpful workforce. Patio construction : Indian sandstone single size, oak sleepers, resin bonded joints. Sloping site with multiple levels required. Kieron and Ian understood our requirements and turned our multi-level patio design into reality. The quality of their workmanship and their professionalism stood out and they were able to adapt to minor change requests within the schedule. Ian checked in regularly and made sure that everything was done properly. Much tea was consumed but was well earned! We agreed the scope and budget of the project, and agreed to be flexible with the start date as we were only just out of Lockdown. This gave Kieron the space to compete the previous contracts without unnecessary pressure, so that they could focus 100% on our new patio. This definitely worked well for everyone and we're very pleased with the results. I've worked in construction for over 30 years and rarely have I come across a contractor that I would recommend without hesitation. Well done 👏🏻
