Great install team, after sales team nothing to be said about well apart from lack of contact, requested paperwork on number of times over the last couple of years but never received ie bill of sales or 10 year guarantee never received, told on number of times I'd be sent it but nothing, plus still waiting for a fan window to be replaced never happened
