I wouldn’t return to this salon if the treatments were free for several reasons: - I had a lash lift & tint with Chloe and my eyes stung during having it done leaving me to believe she got products in my eyes and I noticed barely any difference to the shape of my lashes. I contacted the salon to say I was unhappy with my eyelashes as they hadn’t lifted anywhere near what they usually did. This was before I put on an oil free mascara and they said I shouldn’t have put any mascara on after despite me having had LVL lash lifts for 10 years with another beautician and her saying I could use mascara straight away and never having a problem with the shape of them. They asked if I could come in to look at them but I couldn’t because I was going away for the weekend and they didn’t ask me to come in another time. Bearing in mind this isn’t a cheap treatment £50 I thought they’d have tried to do more and apologise. - I went in to have my nails and nail art done before my hen doo for it with Becca. The whole time she was doing my nails she was pressing so hard with the orange stick on my cuticles abd underneath that my skin was bleeding and my hands were so sore afterwards. You would think she would have noticed blood on the stick or me wincing but no and again no apology. This treatment was £45. - I had a Fake Bake spray tan in preparation for wedding dress shopping and followed all the instructions I was given and the results after showering in mid warm water not hot water after it barely looked like I had had a spray tan the next few days. This treatment was £30. My auntie was going to get her nails done here recently and said the last time she went they were so rude when she asked if they were going to soak her nails in the preparation stages of her manicure she wouldn’t be going back.
