With the limited time I have had there I have nothing but kind words towards the gym, the coach and the other students. Having not done a martial art since I was a child I was very grateful to be partnered with someone experienced enough to help/advise me when the coach was keeping an eye on the whole class. The workout/warmup before left me burning in the all the best ways. The sparring was well balanced. Even the email correspondence I had with them was concise and helpful in answering my questions. Absolutely brilliant place.

My 15-year-old son has recently started Brazilian Jiu-jitsu lessons at Ultimate Athlete and we couldn't be more impressed.
