Passed my class 2 with my instructor Don (Donald) with ZERO minors. Cannot thank Ultima and Don enough. Professional and polite office staff that will aid you in what you need and give you a step by step of the course so all you have to do is show up. Don was constantly reminding me of bad habits and what I should be doing which was perfect for me in helping me pass.

I’d like to take the opportunity to thank all at Ultima assisting me to obtain my Class One earlier this week. I have to recognise one member of the team in particular, Nick Truman who was my instructor. To put it simply he is a huge ASSET to the company, someone who genuinely cares and is 100% invested in what he does. 3 of my colleagues had previously benefited from Nick’s training and like myself passed first time. I can now see why they reacted so positively when I told them Nick was my instructor. I put this down to Nick’s years of experience and knowledge together with a natural ability to teach with a very comfortable style. His approach, delivery and encouragement put us all at ease. These are skills not many possess or have the ability to deliver in a calm and effective manner that allows a candidate to grow confidence. I have completed many driving courses over the years and can honestly say Nick is one of the best instructors I’ve been fortunate enough to experience. I cannot recommend Nick and Ultima highly enough, a great team. I hope many others have the opportunity to be taught by Nick, ‘Top Man’.

Passed my class 1 Woohoo, 1st time pass upgraded from my class 2. What can I say , a fantastic company from start to finish. But the best of all is Nick my trainer, what a legend he is, Calm, patient and guides you through with all the knowledge of his career, what a joy it was, Nick makes you feel at ease which helps you with any nerves.
