Bought our Nissan Navara from Harry and had a great experience. No pressure selling and we both got a 30 minute test drive to make sure it was the right vehicle for us. Paperwork was great and communication was really good whilst we waited for it to get mot/service/valet. I was really nervous buying a new car when my old one was such a good car but so far so good! Wonderful experience! First time buying a car from new and I really enjoyed the experience! I test drove two cars on different occasions with different staff present. Both of the times were great and they were never pushy with me or made me feel uncomfortable. I sadly can't remember the name of the younger man, but he was my first contact for the test drive and he made me feel like I was visiting a mate while keeping it professional. Ken (I believe his name was) managed my second test drive of another car and he also made me feel very comfortable! He was very great with information and very friendly towards both me and my partner answering any questions and helping us out when we were confused about some things. Last but not least was Mark! He was my actual first contact when I emailed in about buying a car. He sorted so much out for me to make my life easier, setting up dates for the test drives and following up with anything I was curious about. Overall a very good experience. I will be coming back to service the new car and will definitely buy another when the time comes!

To be honest everything was bang on from here! I sort exchanged my old fiesta to get a new ibiza fr, they gave me a really good price on both cars and gave the ibiza a full service, mot and a valet for when I picked it up and they even changed the timing belt free of charge, finance options are really easy to work with, customer service is spot on too! Nothing I can complain about at all!
