This centre has a vasic landscape to participate/battle in; I have been to better set ups, with far better hiding spots. Staff seemed young, inexperienced & lacking in motivation. Good fun, but if you haven't been paintballing before, beware the initial cheap costs at the start, soon increase rapidly as the participants 'need' for more paint pellets grows by the minute. You wont get much change from £80-£100 per person, to fully appreciate this type of activity.

We booked for a group of boys to paintball on 3rd July as a treat for my son's 15th birthday. All the invites were sent and all RSVPs received only for us to receive a phonecall from someone to say that the paintballing was being cancelled that day. No proper explanation given. I asked for someone to come back to me with an explanation of why the paintballing is being cancelled, no-one has bothered to let me know. I now have 12 disappointed teenagers. Shocking customer service and something for others to be aware of if you are planning the day as part of a celebration.

Absolutely disgusted booked and paid in full well in advance for my sons 21st birthday everyone booked the day off work only to get a call 36 hrs before we were due to arrive to say they had to cancel our booking but it's ok they will give us a full refund what a joke no time to rebook anywhere else totally ruined a very important birthday event never again I advise all to avoid this company as even when your booking is accepted there is no guarantee.

Refused to offer a refund when some members of our group pulled out last-minute - not their fault, but I felt that they could have been more understanding and potentially offered some additional paintballs in-lieu of a refund - especially as I informed them of this a little over an hour after making the booking. I later found out that the paintball site they booked us at in Reading does not actually receive any of the money I paid them! Feeling pretty disgusted by the whole ordeal.
