I hate doing this but I am sick and tired of being messed about by this company, with no means of contacting them other than by email, which they can take days to respond to. My order, in the region of £50, was placed on November 22, 2022. To date, December 06, 2022, it has still not been received. I have sent numerous emails requesting shipping info. On November 30 they told me the courier (Royal Mail surprise surprise) had lost the parcel and they would send another. And that's it. Radio silence ever since. I don't know if it has been sent, how it has been sent, when to expect it, anything. The most sickening thing is that I have been a customer of this company for years and until this incident they have been fine. But I have never before needed to contact them in this manner. Now a problem has arisen, they don't want to know.
