    The experience we’ve had is shocking. When it works it’s fine but there are so many glitches not only with Apple interface but also serious issues when accessing excel and word files the system crashes. Been asking for issues to be resolved for months but they can’t fix it. Supposed to be the largest provider in the uk which is worrying.

    Painful. Nearly completely unconcerned with UX/UI. When our rapid database growth caused integration to fail, UKFast’s only response was that there was nothing wrong with their servers. A siloed ticketing system meant there was no one to speak with regarding our increasingly urgent big picture concerns. When we were finally forced to leave in order to salvage our website from crumbling, UKFast insisted on continuing to charge us for a service that we could no longer use. When we complained, we were told by senior account manager Mark - completely indifferent to our customer journey, more focussed on blaming us than taking feedback - that their service is intentionally “agnostic” and that integration is not, and has never been, their concern. Unless you have your own full-time IT team to handle all integration issues, suggest you avoid. We’ve now moved to WP Engine and are enjoying amazing customer support and full integration service. Caveat emptor.

    DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT !!! UPDATE, it gets even worse, IMAGINE IF THIS HAPPENED TO YOUR COMPANY WITH NO NOTICE AT ALL.. they have turned all the servers OFF over an £11.32 bill which is incorrect, we have been refused access to any of our servers meaning that our customers info and website are probably deleted, Cold Heartless, no understanding in times of hardship, do NOT sign a contract !!! The end of the contract can not come quick enough, moving back to Liquid Web or GoDaddy, UK Fast seem to play the quick buck game and not the long game, yes they will have have £1000 per month from me until March, but then they will get nothing when i move providers, does not make good business sense to me, carry on being ruthless and see where it gets you.

    If you pay for support £70/month on top of server fees...then they might help you, but often its " Yes, that's something that I could probably sort out in 5 sec but its out of the remit of our support ". If you do not pay support then you're buggered. Just seems too expensive compared with other services that are just as good with support included. Can't wait for my contract to be over so I can transer
