    We were referred to UKDP to deal with a multi property insurance claim due to an issue with our STP. They handled to claim well despite many complexities however the experience completely changed during the remediation work. From the first day, it became clear that they weren’t experienced - there were multiple issues throughout the job, they ended up taking weeks longer than projected and we had a catalogue of errors and issues. After the unit was fitted it took a number of escalations to get the snag list sorted and our property back to some degree of normality. Since the fitting we have had an issue with the plant flooding and despite the fact that UKDP knew of the flood level issue, they didn’t give any advice of how to avoid this and simply did like for like and walked away taking no responsibility. We had asked them to save the fully working motor from the old plant but they destroyed that so now we are facing thousands to remediate a poor job. I understand that they recently acquired a maintenance arm but I think they have a long long way to go to create a comprehensive and effective end to end service. Very dissatisfied and wouldn’t recommend. Service: Septic system installation
