I’ve been doing kickboxing/muay thai as well as boxing lessons now and then, the progress i’ve made in less than a year surprised me so much, everyone in the gym is so encouraging, from the coaches to the others who train with me, helping me achieve a lot in less than 6 months. As for the gym itself, everything is safely stored, the gym and locker rooms are clean and the equipment is good quality 👍👍

My son attended a trial lesson at UK1 Academy in South Ealing this morning and we were so impressed that we decided to enroll him in Muay Thai classes. The coach at UK1 Academy is excellent at teaching children and is clearly passionate about martial arts. From the moment we entered the academy, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Our coach took the time to get to know my son and made sure that he felt included in the class. During the lesson, my son learned a lot about Muay Thai and had a great time doing so. The coach was patient and encouraging, and he made sure that each child in the class was learning and having fun. Overall, we would highly recommend UK1 Academy to anyone looking for a martial arts academy in London. The coach is excellent at teaching children, and the facilities and staff are top-notch. We're looking forward to continuing our son's martial arts journey at UK1 Academy!

Been going to UK1 for over 6 months now. The facilities are excellent, the boxing and K1 classes are taught by some great coaches. My fitness, technique and confidence has increased massively since I’ve been coming to UK1 and the whole experience has been very enjoyable. Excited to see how much further I can progress and also planning to get the kids to join the junior classes.

Such an amazing club. Kick boxing and boxing coach are both very talented, patient and always there to help. Everyone there is very friendly and I can’t wait to go back for my next session. Great value for money too as there is also some gym equipments and other classes such as HIIT Training.
