    I went today to buy logs for my fire, the guy that I dealt with was a decent personable guy, young with red hair (He was helpful and polite) However I was harassed throughout my visit by two fossils accusing me of taking more than I had paid for! I was disgusted with their attitude and I will not be returning, i cannot begin to tell you how much this has upset me these two old boys need to apologise for their rudeness and false accusations. I hope this gets read and acted upon. I just read the reply and I'm very upset by this, the whole total of wood that I took fitted into the boot of my ford fiesta, the seats were left in the upright position and the load was lower than the back seats so the door would close. The boot is tiny, I placed 1 more bag inside my car and a smaller bag on the front seat, that was it, to my mind and im honest I think I had 1/3 of a bag, im a honest type and I would have gladly paid £40 for a half bag but I would not have got it in my car. My pride is hurt here and trust me my pride is worth a whole lot more than £15 to me. The two old men were looking at me as if I'd come off the soul of their shoe, one said "Ya tekkin piss" which I challenged I even offered to pay more money just because I didnt like the animosity so thought I'd try and put it right (My pride) again. Craig I spoke to you about this and you said it was okay and seemed happy? I declined your kind offer of help as a courtesy to you explaining I would be taking my time to pick through what I thought would be dry enough for me to burn, it took me an hour so i didnt want to take up your time and thats the truth. I'm bloody well hurt by these false accusations as I'm now branded a thief ! If you want me to come and pay extra I will, just for my peace of mind, but please do not call me a thief as this upsets me greatly. I cannot believe all this and its tarnished the whole experience, suffice to say I wont be coming back and after I've had 3 friends asking me about the logs and me giving a massive thumbs up prior to yesterday, they wont be using you either. You cannot treat people like this and not expect a response. I thought you were good to me very fair and good to deal with, you even offered me the chance to take some free samples to try, which I declined as I didnt expect or want to take anything without paying. The bottom line is, you actually said to me at the time that the amount I'd got seemed about right, now you are saying I'd taken substantially more than I'd paid for, I can only think you have been swayed by the two old men? Upset doesn't come close here.
