    In March this year, UK Water Softeners installed a softener in a relative's flat which has an unusual thermal store cylinder for water heating. They took this challenge in their stride and found a solution which a competitor business had not suggested. I was present when Steve installed the TwinTec softener there, and after seeing the benefits at my relative's flat, I asked Sarah to quote for an installation at my own property too. Although my heating system is a standard combi boiler, there were other issues related to the layout of the plumbing pipework due to prior alterations to the kitchen. Again, UK Water Softeners in the person of Steve, were able to solve these without hassle and I have now started to enjoy the immediate benefits of softened water, alongside a separate kitchen tap for filtered hard water, which only requires a simple annual filter change instead of the time-consuming monthly renewal of a water jug cartridge. The softener and filter are tucked away in a cupboard and you wouldn't know they are there. Nothing was too much trouble for Sarah or Steve, they are responsive and do what they say they are going to do. Highly recommended if you are fed up of the never-ending fight against limescale!

    Cannot fault the service we received. Our softner didn’t seem to be working properly as salt not going down. I completed an online contact form and got a call the same day and engineer came out in a couple of days. Best surprise was it was still under parts warranty as they have a 10 year warranty!     I used UK Water Softeners through a recommendation from couple of my friends and dealt with Sarah for the initial visit, demo and Steve did our installation. From start to finish it never felt like I was being pushed to buy the product. Sarah was very patient in answering my questions in trying out different options on my installation. Also gave honest advise on what would work best for our household. Steve even visited in advance to do an installation survey and addressed the questions I had. On the day of installation, Steve did a very tidy job of installing the system and explained how it works in detail. He ensured everything worked as expected and gave advise on how the water softener would change the quantity of each cleaning product that we have been using and in some case also advised what is no longer needed. Overall I am very happy with the service I received. Kudos to UK Water Softeners !! you have a great team indeed. Keep up the good work !!

    Amazing/ Knowledgable Family Run Business with a Great Team !! From start right till the end, it was very professional and welcoming experience altogether. Our first appointment with Sarah was organised very prompty. She knows what she is talking about and therefore it reflects in their service too. We were given full and complete knowlege of all the products with its respective uses and suggestions which would work the best for our household. Sarah was the only person who suggested an easier and out of the way; installation place without having to compromise on my kitchen cupboard space or having the unit outside. We were very impressed with that as it made it so much easier and stressfree for us. Once we finalised on the product, the process was very swift with a phonecall to book a day for the installation. The installation team is very professional and they did a great job in a timely manner. Its a wonderful team and we would high recommend them. I love it, since they are family run, giving you a very personalised sense of service.

    It has been a great experience throughout the complete installation of the softener. I'm glad that I have chosen the right choice. Having learnt from a bad experience from my friend who had chosen to deal directly with Harvey, I started to realize the importance of a family-own business in which the sales and the field engineer knew each other well and having very good communication, vs dealing directly with Harvey - the sales would sometimes overcommit things, and there are a pool of engineers assigned with various level of skillset and sometimes the engineers would be upset because the sales guys has overcommitment. Steve is the field engineer from UK Water softeners, he know how to do it right and will choose the best options on how the pipe should be placed. I would recommend anyone to engage with this company, you would not feel regret!
